As we know that acceleration due to gravity doesn’t depend upon mass of objects.
Two bodies even of different masses dropped from same height are accelerated at same rate and having same initial velocity i. e. 0 m/s (being dropped). Because of same initial velocity and same rate of acceleration they get same velocity in a particular time. That’s why they take equal time to cover equal distance and strike the ground at same time.
